The Co. is being initiated by Nicole Franco as the future member home and cooperative community foundation for creators, founders, artists, facilitators, healers, educators, culture-makers, and vision-led people building meaningful work.
It will grow through Ignite, guest facilitation, project incubation, shared resources, community participation, and a future council formed to help steward the field over time.
This is founder-led and participatory. Nicole Franco is initiating, architecting, and leading The Co. in its founding phase, with a future council forming to support stewardship, care, participation, and shared responsibility as the community matures.

A project-development container for members' projects, collaborations, offers, and the larger build of The Co.
