Hello, welcome. I’m Nicole.
Two decades of shaping, leading, and connecting across culture, hospitality, media, and mission-driven work — helping people see what's possible and move it into form.
My first job put me on a hospitality floor, reading a room and shaping the experience of arrival before I had language for it. That instinct never left.
From there: hospitality, media, nightlife, artist management, and cultural production across the East Coast, Hawaii, and California. Different industries, one consistent thread — seeing what a space, project, or community could become, connecting the right people, and moving ideas into coordinated action.
I've led Catalyst Studios since 2017. I can hold people, ideas, and resources at once and see the design they form together — often before all the pieces are there. Some of the most meaningful things I've done have never had a job title: introductions made, opportunities opened, the right people found for each other at the right moment.
I rarely build alone, and I don't arrive with every answer. What I'm good at is bringing the right people, ideas, tools, and resources into relationship — then helping the group carry it further than any of us would have taken it separately.
I see the room before it fills. I connect the people. I help build the structure that lets something new happen.
