My first job was inside an Atlantic City casino — dressed as a genie, greeting people as they arrived. That was the beginning: reading a room, holding energy, and shaping the experience of arrival before I had language for it.
From there, corporate restaurants and hospitality. Then radio, newspapers, nightlife, jazz bars, music venues, artist management, concert promotion, and cultural production between Atlantic City and Philadelphia. My work has since been shaped by New York City, Hawaii, Los Angeles and Southern California, Nevada City, Sebastopol, and the Bay Area — with years of national touring and event travel connecting me to creative, cultural, organizational, and community ecosystems across the country.
I've been consulting through Catalyst Studios since 2017, and worked independently for years before that. The industries changed; the underlying work stayed consistent — reading the environment, seeing what is missing, connecting the right people and resources, and moving ideas into coordinated action.
My mind is nonlinear, neurocomplex, and highly associative. I can hold people, ideas, energy, culture, strategy, resources, risks, and possibilities at once — then see the relationships between them. That's what I bring: gifted pattern recognition, relational intelligence, and a wide cross-sector network.
Some of my most meaningful work has never had a job title. For years I've helped people find jobs, housing, collaborators, opportunities, and each other. The network isn't a contact list — it's a felt sense for resonance, readiness, complementary strengths, and timing.
I currently hold a full-time role while creating a clear home here for the consulting, creative, and connective work I've been doing for years. This site is where that body of work can land, support the people it's meant for, and be properly valued.
