I tend to see what’s possible before the full form exists.
A room before it’s filled. A project before all the pieces are connected. A community before the relationships have formed. An idea before the structure exists to carry it.
I see the larger design — and help connect the people, ideas, resources, technology, creativity, and structure that can bring it into form.
For more than two decades, I’ve moved between strategy, programs, operations, creative direction, community, technology, and experience — often in the spaces between traditional roles where something new is trying to emerge.
