CATALYZE is where I catalyze live experience — through DJing, MCing, movement, facilitation, embodiment, connection, and community. I shape sound, energy, participation, and flow to help people come alive together.

Through DJing, MCing, movement, connection dances, circles, and community activation, I shape the energy, participation, and connection of a gathering — from arrival through celebration, reflection, and closing.
Dance Floor Alchemy
DJ sets and facilitated dance journeys that catalyze connection, expression, movement, play, release, and collective energy.
Music becomes a way into the body and into each other. The arc can move through arrival, activation, connection, release, celebration, and integration, shaped in real time to the energy of the room.
MCing + Holding the Arc
Hosting, orienting, opening the room, guiding transitions, and helping a gathering stay connected from beginning to end.
As an MC, I help people arrive, understand where they are, and feel connected to what is unfolding. That can include opening the container, setting intention, guiding transitions, inviting participation, reading the room, and helping the experience land well. Simple ceremonial elements can be woven in when appropriate.
Connection Dances + Embodiment
Guided movement and relational experiences that move people from observing to participating.
Playful and intentional practices invite presence, connection, authentic expression, and embodied participation. These can stand alone or be woven into retreats, conferences, community gatherings, and larger programs.
Circles + Council
Facilitated spaces for sharing, deep listening, witnessing, reflection, and collective inquiry.
Structured circle and council practices create space for people to speak, listen, reflect, and hear one another more deeply. These can support storytelling, transition, community connection, and collective sense-making.
Closing + Integration
Sharing circles, reflection, gratitude, offers + needs, and intentional completion.
Closing is part of the experience. Through reflection, witnessing, offers + needs, gratitude, and integration, participants can name what shifted, connect what they learned, and leave with a greater sense of completion and continuity.
Community Activations
Custom participatory experiences that help a gathering or community come alive together.
For festivals, retreats, organizations, conferences, venues, and community gatherings, CATALYZE can combine music, movement, prompts, conversation, creative participation, and connection practices to turn an audience into participants. When deeper ritual or ceremony is called for, Nicole can curate or co-create that element with the right practitioners.
